Based on a district centralized cooling project in Shenzhen, proposes a cooling system combining with dynamic ice and external melting ice, which is suitable for the application in a district centralized cooling system. Through economic analysis during the operation period, concludes that under the condition that the total ice storage rate remains unchanged, the addition of dynamic ice can effectively reduce the total investment, but it also leads to an increase in operating costs. There is a balance between total investment and operating costs.
